Good housekeeping is a must.\nMust be willing to cross-train on other jobs throughout the plant, as needed.\nWhen conditions dictate, overtime may be required (with little or no prior notification).\nWhat will make you successful?\nRequired Education/Experience:\nManufacturing environment is required.\nHigh school diploma is required.\nMust be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.\nMust be able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.\nMust be able to lift approximately twenty to fifty (20-50) pounds frequently during an eight to ten hour shift.\nMust successfully complete a ninety (90) day orientation period.\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nPrior experience working in a fast-paced.\nAbility to make minor offset adjustments.\nKnowledge of quality standards, specs, and requirements.\nKnowledge of Safety procedures including entry procedure.\nAbility to load and unload.\nKnowledge of machine recovery procedures for when it errors out.\nAbility to complete process control checks.\nMust follow plant-wide safety procedures at all times.\nBasic troubleshooting skills.\nMust be able to read/write small numbers and letters.
