This position involves actively addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience at every interaction.\nWhat you will be doing\nProcess customer purchase orders, including order entry, acknowledgment, part setup, and pricing verification.\nManage customer accounts and handle communications via phone and email.\nAdapt and provide support for additional accounts as needed.\nPrepare quotations and follow up with customers.\nEnter purchase order requisitions.\nReport and resolve customer complaints.\nMaintain organized files.\nCollaborate effectively in a team environment.\nWhat will make you successful?\nRequired Education/Experience:\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience required.\nLess than 10% travel.\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nExperience in extrusion or manufacturing customer service is desirable.\nFamiliarity with Oracle P.O. management is considered an asset.\nExposure to inventory and planning processes.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.\nWorking knowledge of AS400 is an asset.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProficient in handling customer interactions via telephone and email.\nHighly organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented.\nAdaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.\nStrong math skills.\nEqual opportunities\nHydro in North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer where all phases of employment are based strictly upon the qualifications of the individual as related to the work requirements of the position.
