Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.\nRole purpose\nThis position is responsible for Global Business Services (GBS) organization covering the following areas:\nImplementation of Hydro GDPR framework (Hydro Binding Corporate Rules - BCR) for IS/IT applications, processes and organization.\nSupport the DP servicing to other business areas in Hydro.\nThis role ensures accuracy and competence in Data Privacy to fulfil Hydro requirements, corporate policies, guidelines and rules for Global Business Services organization.\nWhat you will be doing\nMapping, maintenance and documentation of IT applications and processes containing personal data.\nWork with project teams to ensure that new systems/applications/processes are designed and developed to minimise privacy risks.\nCollaboration with the GBS IT/ GRIT/BA IT organization about the security initiatives related to data privacy.\nContribute to the development and implementation of privacy standards, guidelines and procedures.\nSupport compliance with Data privacy principles and protection by design by default requirements in GBS organization.\nAssist with supplier agreements including Data Processing Agreements.\nExecute risk assessments and related documentation for all relevant processing activities, incl. systems/applications (service providers/processors), including AI assessments.\nContribute to information security and data privacy training and awareness programme.\nAssist with the investigation, assessment and documentation of data breaches and security incidents.\nProvide professional support for external/internal audits related to Data Privacy.\nWhat will make you successful?\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology\n5+ years experience in the field of IT\nExperience at multinational companies with global presence - preferably GBS IT area\nDesirable but not essential: globally recognized data privacy professional certification\nKnowledge of Data Privacy requirements, internal controls, IT Security and AI\nUnderstanding of system requirements related to Data Privacy, high level understanding of Information technology and AI\nFluency in English\nGood managing, initiation, problem solving and communication skills\nProject management skills for introducing Data Privacy requirements in GBS IT\nWhat we offer you\nWorking at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company\nDiverse, global teams\nFlexible work environment/home office\nWe provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts\nPossibility to grow with the company, gain new certificates\nAttractive benefit package\nEqual opportunities\nAt Hydro, we believe diversity makes us stronger.
