With more than 3,000 employees, we design and provide unique, aesthetic and sustainable solutions for windows, doors, façades and other systems to build the homes and buildings of today and tomorrow.\nJoin us!\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a Digital Product Manager, you will contribute to defining and overseeing the strategy for our digital products.\nYour role will be to transform customer and business needs into innovative, simple, high-performing and value-creating digital solutions, while ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.\nYou will work in an international and cross-functional environment, in close collaboration with Development, IT, Marketing, Sales and local Support teams, as well as with our partners and suppliers.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nBuild, manage and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business challenges, technical constraints and strategic priorities.\nIdentify user needs, market opportunities and technology trends.\nTranslate business and customer needs into product requirements and specifications.\nCoordinate the various stakeholders involved in the design, development and evolution of digital products.\nManage product and new feature launches.\nPrepare documentation, communication materials and the resources required to support and onboard Key Users.\nMonitor product and business KPIs to measure performance, adoption and user satisfaction.\nEnsure the quality, reliability and usability of products, while driving continuous improvement.\nMonitor competitors and technology developments to identify new innovation opportunities.\nCoordinate partnerships with suppliers of machining equipment and complementary products.\nWhat will make you successful?\nYou hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.\nYou have at least 10 years of experience in product management, digital project management, or technical project management.\nYou have:\nThe ability to analyze customer and business needs and translate them into concrete solutions.\nA good understanding of digital and technology environments.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects.\nThe ability to work effectively in an international environment.\nStrong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.\nFluent English skills enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.\nFrench speaking is a plus. \nWhat we offer you\nWe offer an attractive compensation package with a gross annual salary ranging from €55,000 to €65,000, including a fixed and a variable component, depending on your experience and skills.\nIn addition, you will benefit from a competitive range of benefits, including:\nHealth insurance fully covered by the company for you and your dependents\nProfit-sharing and incentive schemes\nEmployee savings plans\nA strong parental policy\nCompany restaurant \nThis is a permanent position (CDI) based on an annual working time of 213 days per year (approximately 12 additional days off - RTT - per year).\nDepending on the role, you may benefit from a good work-life balance with 2 days of remote working per week.\nWhy join us?\nOur company has been recognized as a Top Employer France 2026.\nWe operate in a dynamic environment that encourages skills development and career opportunities.
