Starting Rate of pay: $20.50/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
First shift - 6AM to 2:30PM
Third shift - 10PM to 6:30AM
Shift Premium:
$1.00/hour extra for shift differential for working Second and Third Shifts
What you will be doing
- Efficient machine set up and operation.
- Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
- Monitor machine to detect production defects.
- Pre-check equipment before operating.
- Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
- Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or Lead.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to use tools correctly such as tape measures, callipers, micrometers, and lineal checking gauges.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good math skills using fractions, decimals and basic geometry.
