The HSE Coordinator will divide their time between the company's two operational sites: the Extrusion Facility in Mississauga and the Remelting Facility in North York. This position reports directly to the Regional HSE Manager.\nWhat will make you successful?\nRequired Education/ Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, safety management or a related field required.\nTwo years of HSE experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication focused work environment required. \nStrong knowledge of OSHA/OHSA regulations, environmental compliance, workers' compensation processes, and environmental sampling programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nExperience supporting and maintaining HSE management systems, including ISO 45001/18001 and ISO 14001 standards, document control processes and compliance-related record keeping.\nDemonstrated experience implementing and supporting critical safety programs, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, fall protection, hazard communication, machine guarding, and mobile equipment safety.\nExcellent technical writing, communication, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience managing documentation and revisions, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.\nFluency in English is mandatory. Ability to communicate orally and in writing is a must.\nPreferred Skills/ Qualifications:\nCRST or CRSP certification is preferred.\nAbility to speak other languages, ie.
