To support the continued growth of SAPA in the Netherlands, Hydro Building Systems Netherlands is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic customers and driving sustainable commercial growth across the Netherlands. You will combine the development of existing strategic accounts with active new business development.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage and further develop strategic accounts.
- Identify and develop prospects and new commercial opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects and consultants, identify new projects and assess their commercial potential.
- Develop and execute account and business plans.
- Develop growth strategies that contribute to revenue and margin targets.
- Lead complex price, project and contract negotiations.
- Analyse market and customer information and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Technical Support and other internal teams.
- Take ownership of commercial results and proactively take corrective action where needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, economic, technical or construction-related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in the construction industry or a technical-commercial environment.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.
- Proven experience with major customers, contracts and complex negotiations.
- Experience with account strategies, business plans and commercial targets.
- Strong commercial, analytical and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, independent and results-oriented.
- Native-levelDutch and professional English.
