Today, we’re focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring we are building safe communities where we live, work and play.\nIt’s an exciting time to join the team at Hydro One!\nJob Function:\nAssist the Process and Reporting Manager in business process development, reporting, SharePoint administration and CRM related initiatives within the Account Management organization.\nJob Description:\nAssist in the development and continuous improvement of business processes to meet ongoing and future business needs. Provide recommendations to key stakeholders regarding process and reporting issues.\nAssist in the implementation of initiatives to optimize SAP, MS CRM and SharePoint use of data to facilitate the effective management of customer relations.\nCoordinate with line of businesses on CRM system requirements, draft business requirements, stakeholder and coordinate with Business IT for development. Facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and feedback sessions prior to implementation.\nUtilize existing Data systems to gather and consolidate information to produce a variety of business information for business planning, forecasting, performance reports, compliance reports and dashboards.\nAssist in the design and modification of CRM and SharePoint structure to reflect on-going changes in business requirements and improvements to users.\nAssist with the development, analysis, and preparation of reports to meet business, financial and regulatory needs and other relevant corporate requirements.\nDevelop, monitor and analyze commitments scorecards, performance reports and milestones within processes. Recommend improvements that will enhance the overall achievement of performance and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. 8.Monitor and assist quality assurance program related to processes and data. Be responsible for data integrity and validation associated with databases, including identification and resolution of issues. Provide and augment the data processes as required.\nParticipate in and provide assistance to governance activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.\nAssist in the review of processes and procedures to ensure that all planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting requirements are met and modified as required to meet business and financial needs.\nDevelop relationships with internal organizations, to ensure adherence to commitments scorecard and collaborative relationship\nPerform other duties as required.\nSelection Criteria:\nEducation:\nRequires knowledge of business administration, computer and financial concepts to perform business and data analysis and prepare studies and financial inputs.\nRequires knowledge of project management and methodologies to develop business plans/processes, management reporting and regulatory submissions.\nRequires a good knowledge of English in the preparation of analytical reports and to prepare presentations.\nThis knowledge is considered to be normally acquired through the completion of 4 years of University education in the appropriate field.\nExperience:\nRequires experience in a business environment to be familiar with the preparation of analytical reports, business planning, forecasting, budgeting and business practices.\nRequires experience in participating in cross-functional teams.\nRequires experience with various software applications such as Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM, SAP, SharePoint MS-Office Suite and VBA.\nA period of over 2 years, up to and including 4 years, is considered necessary to gain this experience.\nAt Hydro One we understand that the success and strength of our business rests with our people.
