This is a night shift role working four 12 hour shifts per week- 6pm-6am
Wage: $46- $48 per hour plus differentials
What you will be doing
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs Electrical Trouble shooting and repair of production machinery
- Performs Preventive Maintenance on Manufacturing equipment and electrical systems
- Installs new equipment and modifies existing equipment.
- Assists with safety system upgrades of equipment
- Other duties as assigned, including mechanical work as needed.
What will make you successful?
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
- Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
- Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment
- Current Oregon Electrical License (Limited Maintenance Electrician,Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant
Electrician;General Journeyman Electrician
- Must have troubleshooting ability with automated complex machinery
- Familiar with PLC’s, HMI’s and Frequency Drives
- Familiar with proximity switches, limit switches, light curtains, proximity scanners, and other sensors.
- Proficient with contactors, starters, overloads, and relays.
- Must be able to read electrical schematics.
- Mechanical experience a plus.
- Must follow NEC guidelines
