Do you enjoy finding better ways of working and turning data into meaningful business solutions?\nJoin Hydro Extrusions as a Procurement Process Specialist and play a key role in ensuring high-quality material master data and efficient procurement processes across our Business Units. In this cross-BU role, you’ll combine your SAP and master data expertise with a process-oriented mindset to drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.\nWhat you will be doing\nManage and maintain procured material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely availability.\nSupport data governance and data quality by performing audits, validation checks, and resolving data issues.\nIdentify opportunities to improve procurement and master data processes and support their implementation.\nDrive or contribute to process optimization, automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.\nWork closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders across Hydro Extrusions.\nPrepare and analyze reports and data insights to support decision-making and process performance.\nMaintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.\nContribute to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement projects, including digitalization and system implementation initiatives such as SAP Ariba, EDI, and automation solutions.\nWhat will make you successful?\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.\n3+ years of relevant experience in master data management, procurement, finance, supply chain, or a similar area.\nGood knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nPower BI knowledge is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExperience with process improvement, data management, or project work.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nA proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset.\nAdaptability, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership.\nWhat we offer you\nA cross-BU role with a broad organizational impact.\nThe opportunity to shape and improve procurement processes across Hydro Extrusions.\nExposure to SAP, data management, automation, digitalization, and P2P transformation.\nAn international and collaborative working environment.\nOpportunities to develop your expertise in procurement, master data, and continuous improvement.\nThe chance to turn ideas into real improvements and create measurable business value.\nEqual opportunities\nAt Hydro, we believe diversity makes us stronger.
