Maintain related product testing files and documentation.\nCollect, mount, polish and analyze samples submitted for metallography analysis. Test material and collect data related to production trials and prepare related reports. Test billet conductivity and verify incoming billet certifications for conformance to specifications. Conduct gauge repeatability studies.\nCalibrate precision measurement instruments to established and specified standards. Maintain measurement tooling calibration system.\nGenerate any range of periodic reports related to quality related data.\nMake recommendations to quality improvement teams regarding processing modifications to enhance product quality.
