The measurement testing includes, Keyence vision measurement for compliance with dimensional and weld tube specifications by using optical microscope such as IM, VHX and VR, cleanliness testing, tensile testing for mechanical properties.\nPerform and maintain record of daily calibration tests on all testing equipment’s in lab as required.\nConduct gauge repeatability studies and capability studies as per requirement. \nSupport Quality Engineer for collecting measurements data for PPAP approvals and Annual dimensional layout.\nAudit product characteristics and production processes, to ensure compliance with required product specifications and quality procedures. \nMake recommendations to quality improvement teams regarding processing modifications to enhance product quality.
