The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. \nAs a Process Engineer, you will have a strong technical background in process engineering, and a demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements. \nWhat you will be doing \nAnalyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to optimize processes. \n\nLead process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Business Development, Operations and suppliers to identify process improvement opportunities. \n\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, including piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID), process flow diagrams (PFD), factory acceptance test procedures (FAT), Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) etc. \n\nDevelop and implement process control plans to ensure consistent product quality and reduce defects. \n\nEvaluate and select new equipment and technology to improve process efficiency and reduce costs. \n\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve process-related issues. \n\nMonitor and analyze process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. \n\nStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in process engineering and apply them to improve manufacturing processes. \n\nYour Capabilities and Credentials \nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. \n\n5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field. \n\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology. \n\nProven ability to analyze process data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. \n\nExperience with process simulation. \n\nAbility to develop PFD & P&ID independently. \n\nProficiency with 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D modeling software (SolidWorks). \n\nDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. \n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. \n\nExperience in water treatment industry is a plus.
