The role will support the consistent application of the corporate brand across marketing materials, campaigns, digital channels, events, and internal communications.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the day-to-day application and development of Hydrosat’s visual brand guidelines\n\nDesign high-quality sales presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, digital assets, event materials, and marketing collateral\n\nSupport the corporate branding process and ensure consistent visual execution\n\nCreate campaign graphics, social media assets, email templates, and website visuals\n\nDevelop reusable design templates and a centralized asset library to improve efficiency and brand consistency\n\nWork with Product Marketing to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual communications\n\nSupport corporate communications with executive presentations, company announcements, and PR-related creatives\n\nCoordinate with external design and production agencies when specialist expertise or additional capacity is required\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or a technical industry\n\nStrong proficiency in Adobe, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma\n\nExperience designing for both digital and print formats\n\nStrong presentation design skills, especially including PowerPoint\n\nAbility to simplify complex information visually\n\nExperience working independently and managing multiple competing deadlines\n\nCAD design, motion graphics, and basic video editing would be advantageous\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package\n\nStock options to share in Hydrosat’s long-term success\n\nFast-moving, mission-driven startup environment with real ownership\n\nHybrid work model with flexibility\n\nEU visa sponsorship available when required\n\nAttractive Luxembourg tax advantages for relocators + relocation bonus\n\nMeal vouchers included\n\nLiving and working in Luxembourg -
