Du entwickelst nicht nur Features, sondern gestaltest Architektur und technische Standards aktiv mit.\nDabei verbindest du Software Engineering, AI und Business Impact: Du setzt KI-Tools sinnvoll im Entwicklungsprozess ein, evaluierst neue AI-Anwendungsfälle für unseren Shop und sorgst dafür, dass daraus stabile, wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen entstehen.\n*Deine Aufgaben**\nDu entwickelst unsere Backend-Architektur mit PHP 8.x und Symfony weiter und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen zu Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Performance.\nDu konzipierst und entwickelst anspruchsvolle E-Commerce-Funktionen rund um Checkout, Preislogik, Sortiment, Suche und Fulfillment.\nDu sicherst hohe Codequalität durch Clean Code, automatisierte Tests, Code Reviews und CI/CD.\nDu nutzt AI Coding Assistants und Agents wie Claude Code, Cursor oder GitHub Copilot für Entwicklung, Refactoring, Testing und Dokumentation.\nDu entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Standards für AI-gestützte Entwicklungsworkflows und prüfst AI-generierten Code kritisch.\nDu identifizierst produktive AI Use Cases für unseren Shop – beispielsweise intelligente Suche, Produktdatenanreicherung, Empfehlungen oder Prozessautomatisierung.\nDu übersetzt Business-Ziele in technische Lösungen und behältst dabei KPIs wie Conversion, Warenkorbwert, Marge und Prozesskosten im Blick.\nDu bist technischer Sparringspartner für Product Owner, Entwickler und andere Fachbereiche und teilst dein Wissen im Team. \n*Was du mitbringst**\nMindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit modernem PHP und Symfony\nFundierte Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, z. B.
