We are looking for a Warehouse Associate I to join our Shipping dept. team in Camarillo, CA! This is a full-time, non-exempt position.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsures that all incoming shipments are received, identified and stored appropriately; handles all international shipments; operates forklift (Bendi) and other equipment to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations and to load/unload trucks.\nMaintains inventory control and documents products received, and products shipped in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app. Assists in counting physical inventory as needed.\nReceives, and organizes Sales Returns, updating ERP and CRM systems; performs cycle counts and inventory activities on a routine basis; responsibility for inventory accuracy between ERP system and physical count/bin.\nCross-trained knowledge of Level I and II; demonstrates leadership qualities in the department at this level; assists with troubleshooting with other team members as needed.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent GED required.\nKnowledge of lot numbers and serial numbers for shipping.\nMinimum of 1 year of shipping experience.\nCertified forklift operator: Class I, II, III, & IV sit down/standup (preferred not required)\nProficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nSalary Range:\n$19.00 -$20.00 per hour DOE\nSkills/Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication. \nMust be able to work in cold temperature setting\nMust be able to handle frozen gel Ice packs \nMust be able to use discretion and independent judgement.\nMust be able to work in a team environment.\nMust be able to pay close attention to details.\nMust be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment. \nMust be able to lift /or move objects 10-50lbs \nExperience using various computer systems to generate appropriate shipping and receiving documentation.\nAble to move materials safely within the warehouse with forklift and / off pallet truck.
