Your responsibilities will include software design, implementation, testing, integration, and maintenance, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality software for technically complex applications.\n🔧 Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain core software components using modern C++.\nContribute to software development for advanced radar and sensor platforms.\nWork across the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and maintenance.\nDevelop and troubleshoot software in Linux-based development environments.\nImplement and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.\nWork with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated development workflows.\nApply agile software development practices to deliver incremental improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical problems.\nTake ownership of assigned components and drive issues through to resolution.\n✅ Required Skills & Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience.\nAt least 5 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on programming skills in C++.\nExperience working in Linux-based development environments.\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices.\nExperience with version control systems, automated testing, and CI/CD.\nGood knowledge of agile software development methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, take technical ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team.\nFluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.\n⭐ Additional Strengths\nExperience developing software for radar, sensors, signal processing, or other complex embedded systems.\nFamiliarity with real-time or performance-critical software.\nExperience with continuous integration, automated verification, and software quality assurance.\nStrong understanding of collaborative development workflows and engineering best practices.\n👤 Our Ideal Candidate\nYou are a technically strong software engineer who enjoys understanding complex systems and solving challenging engineering problems.\nYou write clean, maintainable code, take responsibility for the quality of your work, and collaborate effectively with other specialists.
