The objective is to help teams progress through the different stages of group development towards becoming high-performing, self-organised teams.\nYou will focus on strengthening team collaboration, building trust, improving communication, and developing a culture where teams take full ownership of their activities and deliveries.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and facilitate group development initiatives within multidisciplinary product development teams.\nApply Susan Wheelan's Group Development Model to assess and support team maturity.\nGuide teams through the different stages of group development towards high performance.\nStrengthen collaboration between software, hardware, System Design, and Verification teams.\nSupport teams in developing the ability to work independently and become self-organised.\nEncourage shared responsibility and full ownership of team activities and deliverables.\nFacilitate constructive communication, collaboration, and effective teamwork.\nHelp teams identify development areas and improve their ways of working.\nSupport a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.\nDesired Expertise\nStrong expertise in group development and team effectiveness.\nPractical knowledge of Susan Wheelan's Group Development Model.\nExperience facilitating the development of high-performing teams.\nUnderstanding of multidisciplinary engineering and product development environments.\nExperience working with teams involving software and hardware development, System Design, and Verification.\nAbility to guide teams towards
