This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who is eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced infrastructure environment.\nYour Tools\nMicrosoft Windows & Microsoft Active Directory\nVirtualization Technology\nDell, IBM, Cisco & HP Server Hardware\nYour Role Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do\nRespond to and resolve system-related requests in a timely manner; troubleshoot issues with oversight from team members, applying basic best practice knowledge and strong problem-solving skills to drive effective resolution.\nCreate and execute projects involving installations, upgrades, and modernization of servers and systems; identify where proposals for purchasing new technology are needed to support infrastructure growth and efficiency.\nProvide support for infrastructure systems including server maintenance, storage, networking, database administration, network security, messaging, directory services, server virtualization, and monitoring.\nAssist with audits of servers and the environment to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines; participate in the maintenance, testing, and execution of the disaster recovery plan.\nCompose internal documentation with oversight from team members that accurately reflects processes and system configurations; consistently contribute ideas to improve internal efficiencies.\nStay current with best practices and market trends; self-manage projects to completion while collaborating effectively with team members and supporting the organization's broader infrastructure goals.\nRole Essentials\nYou'll need these skills to hit the ground running:\nExperience in systems administration with hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows network environments, including Microsoft Active Directory, and familiarity with virtualization technology.\nKnowledge of Dell, IBM, Cisco, and/or HP server hardware, with the ability to support server maintenance, storage, networking, and related infrastructure systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to verify all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy and resolve issues effectively with team oversight.\nAbility to communicate with ease, clarity, and impact using a style appropriate to the subject and audience; demonstrated ability to write concise, logical, and grammatically correct documentation.\nStrong customer service orientation with solid collaborative skills; self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion and the flexibility to work outside of normal business hours including evenings and weekends as needed.\nWhat We'd Like to See\nThese will help you stand out:\nExperience supporting infrastructure systems such as storage, networking, database administration, network security, messaging, directory services, and server virtualization in a production environment.\nExperience participating in disaster recovery plan maintenance, testing, and execution in an enterprise or mid-market IT environment.\nExperience assisting with server and environment audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities for internal efficiency improvements and a proactive approach to staying current with best practices and emerging market trends in IT infrastructure.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role.\nAbout Hyland\nHyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
