Overview Outreach Content Creator Location: Remote - US Work Model: Remote About the Role The Outreach Content Creator is responsible for the business administration of sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools in support of meeting overall department and company objectives. This position creates and provides reporting for stakeholders to satisfy data requests. Here's What You'll Do Act as a point of contact for lead management, account, contact, and opportunity creation; perform complex CRM tasks for all relevant stakeholders, including updating activities, creating opportunities and leads, and converting leads Develop and create reports and respond to high-visibility, complex data requests with CRM tools; partner with key stakeholders for acquisition requests for data including field audits and mapping; review all data elements to determine if reports exist, are up-to-date, or need to be customized Work with team members for all complex data requests such as data appends, acquisitions, and CRM updates to ensure processes remain efficient and department goals are met; monitor exception reports and perform field updates to remedy complex data quality issues
