About the Role

The Associate Revenue Operations Systems Administrator provides foundational administration and operational support for revenue technology platforms. Working under guidance, this role maintains system configurations, supports users, assists with data quality activities, and documents processes - developing technical expertise while learning Revenue Operations processes and supporting day-to-day platform operations.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Assist with user setup, access requests, and permission changes - maintaining basic system configurations and settings while executing routine platform administration tasks following established procedures and escalating complex technical issues to senior team members as needed.
• Respond to routine user questions and service requests - troubleshooting basic application issues using documented procedures, supporting onboarding activities for new users, and maintaining user documentation and knowledge articles.
• Monitor data quality reports and identify discrepancies - performing routine data cleanup activities and supporting data imports, exports, and validation efforts in accordance with established governance standards and procedures.
• Support system testing activities and document results - assisting with testing new enhancements and releases, participating in platform upgrade testing, and supporting vendor ticket tracking and issue documentation.
• Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards - assisting in gathering reporting requirements and monitoring system adoption and usage metrics to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Document business processes and system requirements - supporting process improvement initiatives through data collection and documentation while contributing to a culture of operational consistency and continuous learning.

Role Essentials

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• 0-2 years of experience supporting CRM or business systems - with a basic understanding of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - with the ability to execute routine platform administration tasks accurately, follow established procedures, and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to learn technical systems and business processes - with a demonstrated curiosity and aptitude for developing technical expertise in revenue technology platforms and Revenue Operations processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to respond to routine user questions, maintain clear documentation, and escalate issues appropriately to senior team members
• Strong foundational understanding of data quality practices - with the ability to monitor data quality reports, identify discrepancies, and perform routine data cleanup activities in accordance with governance standards

What We'd Like to See

Bonus points if you bring:

• Basic familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms - including experience with user setup, access requests, permission changes, or basic system configuration
• Experience supporting system testing activities - including documenting test results, participating in platform upgrade testing, and assisting with the validation of new enhancements and releases
• Experience creating and maintaining standard reports and dashboards - with the ability to assist in gathering reporting requirements and monitor system adoption and usage metrics
• Familiarity with data governance standards and procedures - including experience supporting data imports, exports, and validation efforts to maintain data integrity across business systems
• Experience maintaining user documentation, knowledge articles, or process guides - with a track record of supporting onboarding activities and contributing to process improvement initiatives through data collection and documentation
