This position is responsible for helping to modify project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems, assess modifications needed, and determine the success of implementations after the project is complete.\nHere's What You'll Do\nLead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspective\n\nImplement enterprise deployments, technical architecture for large scale projects with complex products and solutions that meet the customers’ needs for scalability, reliability, and performance across a range of industries.\n\nDesign, implement, configure and customize solutions, integrations and add-ons to resolve complex functional and technical requirements using company products with minimal oversight.\n\nCompose and deliver requirements documentation and accurately estimate time to complete solution deployment\n\nLead the demonstration of the configured solution or prototypes of the solution while maintaing stakeholder buy in and managing scope expectations\n\nWork with project team to deliver quality solutions to our customers, providing new perspectives, encouraging innovative thinking and a willingness to share new ideas and approaches\n\nImplement performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis in more complex solutions and technologies. Communicate steps to resolution to both internal parties and all levels of customer management\n\nDemonstrate competence in digital asset management and content services platform markets and the technical intricacies of the company's products and successfully apply that understanding and be innovative when developing requirements. Learn new products and solutions and become a subject matter expert in company content services platforms.\n\nManage business, functional, and technical requirements elaboration and architectural design sessions with customers. Manage creation of content to client deliverables (e.g., specifications, test cases, user stories, and design documents).\n\nIdentify and submit product feature requests to product management\n\nLead the delivery of training for customers and teams.\n\nCompose training materials and conduct training sessions for customer that demonstrates the end to end functionality of the solution\n\nProvide technical sales assistance in enterprise level pursuits\n\nOperate as a trusted advisor to potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationships and operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge\n\nMay provide guidance to other team members\n\nTechnology Tools\nOSGI, Spring or similar frameworks\nJUnit\nREST / JAX-RS\nGoogle Polymer, Angular, React, Vue or other JS frameworks\nModern SQL Databases, Database Abstraction & Key Value Store concepts\nJSON, XML, SWIFT, AVRO\nHTML5, CSS3\nRole Essentials and What We'd Like to See\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nDegree in a STEM discipline or equivalent certifications and experience\n8+ years of consulting/professional services experience in a client facing delivery role\nExperience with software implementation best practices and software architecture principles\nExperience in building productive client relationships\nIndustry experience in one of the following sectors: Healthcare Media & Entertainment Marketing Graphic Design Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals Financial Services Government Military or Intelligence Fashion Consumer Products\nStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact\nStrong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills\nStrong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas\nStrong leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills\nStrong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department\nStrong data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills\nStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills\nStrong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight\nAble to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment\nStrong ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nAbility to coach mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner\nAbout Hyland\nHyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
