Cross train to support all benefit functions (implementation, advocacy, compliance, marketing, member engagement, health strategies, and data analysis). Provide high volume tactical client service support to client service teams as requested. Such as:\nRunning reports and distributing to internal teams.\nReview, audit, and enter information into appropriate systems\nLiaise with external partners to maintain client information in appropriate systems\nGather, compile, and internally distribute information to support client deliverables\nAssist in the preparation, printing and binding of client presentations and other deliverables\nProvide backup to local administrative support as requested. Perform other duties and special projects as requested.\nIn This Role You Will Need:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.\nNo prior experience required; internship or exposure to a professional work environment preferred.\nActive Life & Health License, or the ability to obtain within 100 days of employment (limited exam attempts) and maintain in good standing.\nProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook\nAbility to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results\nIntermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States\nFluent in Chinese or Mandarin preferred\nWhy Hylant?\nSince 1935, Hylant has been a family-owned insurance brokerage built on relationships, trust, and a people-first mindset.
