You will work directly with the founding team to increase Hylo's TVL and revenue.\nAbout Hylo\nHylo is building the home of tokenized leverage. Traders use our leverage tokens like xSOL to take amplified positions in the assets they believe in without traditional liquidations. Yield seekers use hyUSD and eHYUSD to source industry-leading returns on dollars without relying on a fund manager or trading desk.\nToday Hylo holds over $60 million in TVL across product lines. We have raised multiple venture rounds from top tier investment firms including Solana Ventures, Colosseum, and Robot Ventures.\nWhat You'll Do\nIntegrations. Negotiate and launch partnerships to integrate Hylo assets across lending markets, yield platforms, and exchanges.\n\nCapital. Source and onboard new capital, from stakers and institutional allocators to whales and risk curators.\n\nEcosystem. Manage and strengthen our relationships with users, investors, and the Solana Foundation.\n\nDistribution. Work closely with the founding team to devise and execute novel product distribution strategies.\n\nEvents. Take the lead on events, including Breakpoint and crypto industry conferences. Organize social gatherings and activations to engage investors and users alike.\n\nWhat You Bring\nSolana DeFi depth. You understand the Solana DeFi ecosystem in detail: major players, how integrations work, and how value flows between protocols.\n\nAn existing network. You already have contacts at investment firms and relevant companies and entities in the Solana ecosystem.\n\nRelentless, tactful selling. You pursue every deal until it closes, in a way that leaves relationships stronger.\n\nFinance literacy. You understand DeFi, structured products, trading, and yield.
