cost accounting principles and best practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n2 to 3 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of cost accounting principles, methods, and best practices.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear, actionable recommendations.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.\n\nExperience with inventory management and reconciliation processes.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, office-based
