You will lead the production of a wide range of projects, including branded content, video campaigns, social media franchises, brand collaborations and experiential events.\nThe role covers Hypebeast and Hypebae branded content, Hypemaker white-label creative agency projects, and paid social media franchises across the wider portfolio, including Hypeform, Hypedrive, Hypetrak and HypeArt.\nReporting to the Executive Producer, you will manage multiple projects across EMEA, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high creative standard. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, talent and external suppliers, while contributing creative ideas, improving production processes and supporting junior team members.\nResponsibilities:\nProduction and Creative Collaboration\nLead end-to-end production across branded content campaigns and paid social media franchises, from initial brief and creative development through to delivery and reconciliation. \nManage budgets, schedules, production plans, contracts, talent, crews, locations and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. \nOversee productions on set and remotely, ensuring all assets meet the agreed creative brief, quality standards and delivery requirements. \nContribute creatively across projects by participating in brainstorms, helping develop concepts and creating storyboards and shot lists for social media franchises. \nWork closely with Creative, Editorial and Sales teams to develop effective creative approaches that meet client objectives and audience needs. \nManage production documentation and administration in collaboration with the Production Coordinator, including contracts, invoices and supplier onboarding. \nWork closely with Finance to monitor spend, manage reconciliations, ensure timely payments and flag potential budget or margin issues.\nMaintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, talent and suppliers, proactively managing risks and resolving production challenges. \nSupport Sales and Creative with pitches, creative proposals, production approaches and budget estimates. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, production companies and external suppliers, negotiating competitive rates where possible. \nIdentify opportunities to improve production workflows, resource management and overall efficiency.\nExperiential Production\nLead the production of branded events, activations and pop-ups, from initial planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery. \nManage event logistics, venues, suppliers, schedules and on-site teams across UK-based and international projects. \nWork with internal and external teams to deliver experiences that meet the agreed creative vision, budget and client expectations. \nRequirements:\nExperience: 5+ years in content production, ideally within a media company, creative agency or branded content environment. \nCreative thinking: Strong visual sensibility, with the ability to contribute ideas in brainstorms and develop concepts, storyboards and shot lists for social-first content. \nProduction expertise: Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, talent, crews and suppliers from brief to delivery. \nIndustry knowledge: Strong awareness of fashion, music, art and culture, with an understanding of the Hypebeast landscape and current creative trends. \nOrganisation: Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and anticipate challenges. \nCommercial awareness: Strong budgeting and negotiation skills, with an understanding of production costs, project margins and resource management. \nAutonomy and leadership: Able to lead projects independently, make informed decisions, manage external teams and support junior producers. \nCommunication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive working relationships. \nResourcefulness: Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to source resources efficiently and adapt to changing requirements. \nFlexibility to travel: Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, including at short notice, to support events, shoots and other production
