You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of the game, ensuring assets are both visually striking and optimized for performance.\nYour Mission:\nCreate high-quality 3D assets including environments, props, and vehicles that align with the game’s artistic vision.\nOwn the full asset pipeline from concept through modeling, texturing, and in-engine implementation.\nCollaborate closely with designers, animators, and developers to ensure assets integrate seamlessly into gameplay.\nMaintain consistency and high visual standards across all in-game assets.\nProvide feedback and mentorship to other artists, helping to elevate the overall quality of the team’s output.\nOptimize assets for mobile platforms, balancing visual fidelity with performance constraints.\nContribute to the evolution of the game’s visual style and artistic direction.\nKey Requirements:\n5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist.\nProven experience working on mobile games, with at least one shipped title.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D art for games (environments, props, or vehicles).\nExpertise in industry-standard tools (e.g. Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer).\nSolid understanding of modelling, UVs, texturing, lighting, and composition.\nExperience working in Unity or similar game engines.\nStrong eye for detail, form, and visual storytelling.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working on mobile games or performance-constrained platforms.\nFamiliarity with PBR workflows and stylized/realistic art pipelines.\nBasic understanding of shaders and real-time rendering workflows.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nSomeone who is passionate about creating visually compelling game worlds, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
