Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.\nAbout the Role\nHyperbolic is looking for a Supply Specialist to help grow and strengthen the supply side of our GPU marketplace. This is a highly commercial role focused on sourcing GPU capacity, negotiating supplier agreements, and building long-term relationships with infrastructure partners across the AI ecosystem.\nWorking directly with the Head of Supply and company founders, you'll own supplier relationships from first conversation through signed agreement. You'll identify new sources of GPU capacity, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, coordinate contracts, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure every deal supports the long-term success of the marketplace.\nOur business model is unique, and we'll teach you the nuances of how our marketplace operates. What we're looking for is someone with strong commercial instincts, experience negotiating infrastructure or technology partnerships, and the drive to build and manage their own supplier portfolio.\nWhat You'll Do\nSource new GPU supply across NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical infrastructure suppliers.\n\nBuild, manage, and grow your own pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement.\n\nNegotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions.\n\nOwn supplier negotiations from first conversation through execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements.\n\nConduct commercial diligence on potential suppliers, validating GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk.\n\nPartner closely with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand while maintaining healthy marketplace economics.\n\nWork alongside Legal to ensure supplier contracts accurately reflect negotiated commercial terms.\n\nMaintain visibility into market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.\n\nRepresent Hyperbolic at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships within the GPU infrastructure community.\n\nHelp develop scalable processes and best practices as Hyperbolic continues to expand its global supply network.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nApproximately 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.\n\nExperience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products.\n\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing deals from sourcing through contract execution.\n\nAbility to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs.\n\nComfortable reviewing commercial contract language, including service level agreements (SLAs), payment terms, liability provisions, and operational commitments.\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.\n\nExcited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and direct exposure to company leadership.\n\nPassion for AI infrastructure and a desire to stay current on the rapidly evolving compute ecosystem.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces.\n\nExposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy.\n\nExperience working with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.\n\nExisting relationships within the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem.\n\nBackgrounds That Could Be a Great Fit\nWe care more about your experience than your title.
