Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.\nAbout the Role\nHyperbolic is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and keep our San Francisco office running smoothly. This role combines executive support with office management, and it sits at the center of how the company operates day to day.\nYou will manage executive calendars and travel, organize investor meetings and events, and coordinate with our partners and stakeholders. You will also own the office itself, from vendors and supplies to team events and new-hire setup. As we grow from about 30 people toward 70-100 over the next year, you will help build the routines and systems that keep a fast-moving team organized.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecutive Support\nManage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling.\n\nCoordinate domestic and international travel.\n\nOrganize investor meetings, conferences, and executive events.\n\nAssist with communications, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.\n\nCoordinate with Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders via WeChat in Mandarin Chinese.\n\nSupport leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.\n\nOffice Management\nOversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.\n\nManage office supplies, snacks, meals, and equipment.\n\nCoordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.\n\nOrganize team events, lunches, and company gatherings.\n\nSupport employee onboarding and office setup.\n\nHandle office purchases, invoices, and general administrative needs.\n\nWho You Are\n3+ years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or a similar role.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.\n\nProactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.\n\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, and experience communicating via WeChat.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious startup experience.\n\nHyperbolic is an equal opportunity employer.
