About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Copy Lead who can own how we think about messaging, positioning, and outbound campaigns.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. We're looking for someone who understands GTM strategy - someone who knows how to define the right audience, create strong messaging angles, write high-performing cold emails, and continuously improve campaigns based on results.
You'll work closely with our GTM team and clients to build outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline.

What You'll Do
Own messaging strategy across client campaigns.
Build and optimize cold email sequences.
Define targeting, positioning, and campaign angles.
Work closely with GTM Engineers on campaign strategy.
Review and improve copy quality across the team.
Build AI workflows that make messaging faster and more scalable.
Test and improve campaigns based on performance data.
Join client conversations around messaging and strategy.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience as a GTM Strategist, Campaign Manager, or similar role at an outbound agency.
Strong hands-on experience writing cold email campaigns.
Understanding of B2B messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with US-based clients across different industries.
Bonus Points
Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, PlusVibe, BuiltWith, RB2B, or similar.
Experience leading or reviewing copy for others.
Strong meme game.
