We know more than ever about the links between gut health and overall wellbeing - not just digestion, but mind, skin, immunity and hormone health too.\nOur science-backed products empower customers to achieve their best selves every day through simple, one-a-day solutions packed with high-quality, evidence-backed ingredients.\nCheck us out here:https://epetome.com/\nThe Role\nAs a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be creating paid advertising creative that performs.\nYou’ll work across campaigns targeting the UK, US and Germany, producing a balance of static, carousel and motion creative, including both short and longer-form assets.\nYou’ll need to understand how creative performs on platforms such as Meta and how designs should be adapted across different placements, audiences and international markets.\nAlongside paid creative, you’ll support the wider team across organic social, CRM, web and print.\nBrand consistency will be a major part of the role. Whether you're producing an ad for the UK or adapting creative for another market or language, you'll ensure every asset remains unmistakably Epetōme.\nResponsibilities\nPaid & Performance Creative\nCreate high-quality paid social assets across static, carousel and motion formats.\n\nDesign primarily for Meta while supporting additional paid social channels where required.\n\nUnderstand how different creative formats and placements influence ad performance.\n\nAdapt creative across different audiences, placements and markets.\n\nProduce and iterate creative based on performance feedback and learnings.\n\nWork across campaigns targeting the UK, US and Germany.\n\nAdapt creative for German-language campaigns while maintaining brand consistency - German language skills are not required.\n\nMotion & Video\nProduce both short-form and longer-form motion assets for paid campaigns.\n\nEdit and adapt existing footage into engaging performance creative.\n\nUse animation, typography and motion to strengthen messaging and improve creative output.\n\nCreate multiple variations and formats from existing concepts to support testing.\n\nWider Brand Creative\nSupport the wider creative team across organic social, CRM, web and print.\n\nProduce high-quality assets that remain consistent across different customer touchpoints.\n\nSupport creative requirements for shoots, events, packaging and other brand activations where required.\n\nCreative Quality & Brand Consistency\nAdhere closely to Epetōme's brand guidelines across every brief.\n\nMaintain consistency across different formats, markets and languages.\n\nEnsure a high standard of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.\n\nBalance performance-led creative requirements with Epetōme's wider brand identity.\n\nDeliver high-quality work at pace and keep projects moving across multiple briefs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a Graphic Designer role, ideally within DTC, eCommerce, consumer or a similarly fast-paced creative environment.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating strong digital and paid-social creativity.\n\nGood understanding of how ads perform on Meta and how creative can influence performance.\n\nAbility to adapt creative for different Meta placements, formats and international markets.\n\nStrong design fundamentals across typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.\n\nComfortable producing a mix of static, carousel, motion and video assets.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work closely within established brand guidelines.\n\nComfortable receiving performance feedback and using it to inform future creative.\n\nAble to manage multiple briefs and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.\n\nTools\nStrong experience across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:\nPhotoshop\n\nIllustrator\n\nInDesign\n\nAfter Effects\n\nPremiere Pro\n\nYou'll also need to be confident working in Figma.\nSalary & Benefits\n£35,000-£38,000 per annum\n\nBonus of up to 10% of annual salary\n\nFully remote role (UK-based) with paid travel to London for shoots/events\n\n25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) + 1 additional day for each year of service\n\nFree ongoing subscription to Epetōme products\n\nFriends and family discount scheme\n\nQuarterly team meet-ups and access to co-working spaces worldwide\n\nEnhanced maternity leave policy\n\nLife insurance policy\n\nHigh-growth environment with real progression opportunities\n\nIf this sounds like you then hit apply or email Ben  find out more!\nEpetōme is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
