To support its ambition of becoming a €100M+ brand, the business is now looking to build a resilient, scalable and data-driven supply chain operation.\nCheck them out here:https://samakocleaning.com\nThe Role\nThe Supply Chain Manager will take full ownership of Samako’s end-to-end supply chain, spanning demand forecasting, procurement, inventory planning, logistics and supplier management.\nThis is much more than a support role.\nYou’ll be responsible for ensuring products are available at the right time, in the right place and at the right cost. You’ll proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, improve systems and build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders and warehouse partners.\nThis is a hands-on build + scale opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership and the opportunity to create a world-class supply chain operation.\nResponsibilities\nOwn demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing and replenishment across all sales channels\n\nBuild rolling 3-, 6- and 12-month forecasts using sales history, seasonality, marketing activity, product launches and commercial targets\n\nMaintain healthy stock levels across Bol.com, Amazon, Shopify and wholesale channels\n\nPlan replenishments and manage purchasing cycles to ensure timely procurement and delivery\n\nLead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process, aligning demand, purchasing, inventory, marketing and finance\n\nManage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, 3PLs and warehouse partners\n\nBuild a resilient supplier and logistics network through contingency planning and backup partners\n\nOptimise production, inventory and logistics to improve availability while controlling costs\n\nSupport international expansion, additional 3PLs, new sales channels and growing B2B operations\n\nEnsure compliance with European import/export regulations, customs requirements and HS codes\n\nTrack supply chain KPIs and take corrective action when risks, delays or inefficiencies arise\n\nBuild scalable, data-driven systems and automate processes wherever possible\n\nDocument processes and continuously improve workflows as the business grows\n\nDay to Day\nReviewing forecasts, inventory levels and replenishment requirements across every channel\n\nCoordinating purchase orders and deliveries with international suppliers and logistics partners\n\nIdentifying potential stockouts, overstocks, delays and cost inefficiencies before they become problems\n\nAligning purchasing and inventory plans with marketing campaigns and product launches\n\nLeading the monthly S&OP process across operations, marketing and finance\n\nMonitoring supply chain performance and reporting actionable insights to the COO and CEO\n\nImproving systems, processes and contingency plans to support continued international growth\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience across supply chain management, logistics or procurement\n\nAt least 3 years of experience within DTC eCommerce\n\nStrong demand forecasting, inventory planning and analytical capabilities\n\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills;
