You will play a key role in managing high-load environments, mitigating DDoS attacks, coordinating security updates, and maintaining centralized node management for distributed systems.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nTeam & Reliability Ownership: Own the DevOps/SRE function end-to-end - build and scale the team from scratch, define best practices, and establish processes to ensure 24/7 infrastructure reliability, including monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident response.\n\nDDoS Mitigation: Design and implement strategies to prevent, detect, and mitigate DDoS attacks.\n\nIncident Management: Handle severity updates and ensure rapid incident response and resolution.\n\nCentralized Node Management: Deploy, configure, and manage a centralized node control system for efficient infrastructure governance.\n\nSecurity Updates: Regularly apply security patches and updates to ensure system integrity and compliance.\n\nDatabase Deployment: Set up and maintain databases in a highly available and fault-tolerant architecture.\n\nGlobal Service Management: Manage and monitor servers across multiple regions, including US-based servers, ensuring consistent uptime and performance.\n\nHigh-Load Infrastructure: Design and maintain scalable solutions to handle high traffic loads and ensure system resilience.\n\nPipeline Management: Ensure CI/CD pipelines run smoothly for reliable application deployment.\n\nSecurity Best Practices: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect infrastructure and data.\n\nNode Lifecycle: Maintain, update, and scale nodes efficiently while minimizing downtime.\n\nWhat We Expect From You:\n5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, including 2+ years in a Lead role within high-load production environments.\n\nProven track record of building DevOps processes, infrastructure, and teams from scratch.\n\nSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and bare-metal infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with DDoS mitigation tools and practices.\n\nStrong knowledge of centralized node management systems.\n\nProficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.\n\nExperience with database deployment and management.\n\nSolid grasp of security principles and experience applying security patches and updates.\n\nAbility to manage distributed servers, including US-based environments.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and incident response skills.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\n\nEnglish -
