We’re developing Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms, and we’re always looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us, contribute their creativity, and help shape the future of our games.\nWe are seeking an experienced System Administrator to take ownership of a reliable, secure, and well-managed IT infrastructure across our multi-domain gaming group.\nThe main goal of this role is to make our IT environment predictable and efficient: employees get the right access and equipment on time, critical services remain stable, infrastructure is documented and automated, and the company maintains control over accounts, licenses, devices, and IT costs.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nEnsure the stability and reliability of IT infrastructure, including monitoring and incident response.\n\nAutomate routine operations and develop Infrastructure as Code practices.\n\nManage user accounts, access, roles, and permissions.\n\nProvide technical support to employees and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.\n\nManage IT security and corporate devices.\n\nMaintain hardware inventory and manage equipment procurement, setup, and deployment.\n\nAdminister SaaS services, licenses, subscriptions, and IT-related expenses.\n\nDocument infrastructure and processes, reducing bus factor and dependency on individual team members.\n\nWhat We Expect From You\n5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role, with the ability to independently own an infrastructure area end-to-end.\n\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, with solid knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and firewalls.\n\nExperience with mobile device management, infrastructure automation, virtualization, and containers (Ansible, Proxmox, LXD, or similar).\n\nGood understanding of IAM and infrastructure security, including MFA, RBAC, access lifecycle management, secrets management, PKI, certificates, and least privilege.\n\nExperience administering SaaS platforms, licenses, and corporate devices, with strong documentation and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRelocation support to Cyprus (Limassol), including visa and housing assistance (this is an on-site position).\n\nCompetitive salary.\n\nMonthly lunch allowances via Wolt.\n\nSchool fee contribution for children.\n\nHealth benefits -
