There is a strong primary focus on content & UI design, with UX experience considered a strong bonus. You need to be able to think critically and put yourself in the customer's shoes at every touchpoint. Your portfolio must show strong proof of this.\nYou will be operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and working on a wide range of projects: from conceptualising and executing social media campaigns, designing responsive websites and digital collateral for our brand, to styling and shooting content in-house.\nYou will be working directly with our global marketing team to ensure that creative fulfils the strategic requirements of our brand and that it resonates with our audience. You will assist with cross-divisional strategic projects while running with your own - all the while continuing to explore and push the boundaries in the ever-changing digital landscape.\nResponsibilities\nTake over and own the creation of content including rich media visuals, animated videos, social media assets, paid media, web banners, email communications and more\nIdeation of new content and execution\nCreating presentation decks for Partnerships team and supporting on the creation and roll out of assets for partnered content and programs\nUpdating program and bootcamp documentation as required\nWorking with partners on shared marketing campaigns\nMaintain existing flow of good quality messaging\nTake our website design / UI to the next level\nManage the branding for our events aimed at school leavers\nAssist with the establishment of the sub brand of our Careers platform\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements\nMin. 3-4 years of digital design experience with a high-calibre portfolio to show for it.\nSolid love and understanding of digital design and product design (UX & UI) design for websites and mobile. \nMin. 2-3 years experience working in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch, etc. for website design. \nExperience working with and collaborating with developers\nExperience working with Components in Figma, scalable design systems, prototyping and wireframing\nExperience creating landing pages in a CMS (e.g, Unbounce & Webflow) \nAn ability to think analytically with a strong appreciation for the role of data to inform communications and design thinking.\nIllustration and motion graphics skills\nProficient understanding of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.\nBe able to create animated explainer videos on our products and for advertising \nPositive and empathetic attitude with a proven ability to work well with people in different department teams and levels\nExperience working with data and extracting insights for performance-driven design. \nA strong understanding of societal and cultural diversity, with an ability to translate that understanding into designs that resonate with a diverse audience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Requirements\n5+ years of experience in leading the design for a brand\nPrevious experience working in EdTech / Education \nWorking experience with Producing, shooting and/or editing video\nExperience with creating animations\nDetailed understanding of Social Media KPIs and Google Analytics (conversions, goals, events)\nExperience with conceptualising on-brand advertising for social video channels like YouTube & TikTok\nBenefits\nFlexible & remote working: We are a remote-friendly organisation and offer flexible work options.
