Hyperproof is looking for a Senior Product Designer who has already changed how they work because of AI, and can show us the results. About us Hyperproof is a modern, AI-powered GRC platform that helps IT, security, and compliance teams manage controls at scale, connect them to risk, and build trust with their customers. Our customers work in regulated environments where accuracy, auditability, and trust are not optional. How we work Design at Hyperproof starts with customers and ends in production code. You'll meet with customers to understand the problem. Design and prototype with Claude in our codebase. Test and iterate with real users. Write UX specs and partner with engineering to ship. You own problem framing and UX decisions for your work. Your PM partner owns the why, priority, and business outcomes. Engineering owns architecture and scale. What you'll do Discovery and research: Lead interviews, usability tests, and analytics reviews to frame problems before solving them. Use AI agents to transcribe and tag interviews, cluster themes across customer calls, support tickets, and product feedback, and pull usage data from analytics in hours instead of days.
