AI is part of how we work, and one of your projects will be helping us explore how it can automate parts of our website workflow, including content tagging.\n\nWhat are you going to do?\n\n Keeping our website and marketing materials visually consistent and on-brand.\n\n Designing and improving parts of the Hypersolid website.\n\n Helping us explore how AI can automate parts of our website workflow, including content tagging.\n\n Creating and refining commercial decks and other materials for client-facing moments.\n\n Supporting our senior designers on client projects.\n\n Collaborating with designers and marketers across our Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Austin, and Gdańsk offices.\n\nWhere your time goes\n\nMost of your time will go into Hypersolid itself: our brand, website, marketing, and creative work for client-facing moments. You'll work closely with a senior who will guide you along the way. The rest of your time will be spent on client projects, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute as part of the team.\n\nWho are we looking for?\n\nYou're pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field and are looking for a hands-on internship. You know your way around Figma and have at least a basic working knowledge of Adobe. Experience with After Effects is a plus. You take initiative, communicate well in English, and are eager to learn from experienced designers and marketers.\n\nA portfolio showing your design work is a must.\n\nBonus if you have experience with\n\n Brand identity projects, even at a student level.\n\n AI tools in a design or marketing context.\n\n Motion design or After Effects beyond the basics.\n\nThis internship is based in our Amsterdam office four days a week, with occasional days in Alkmaar.\n\nHow we work\n\nHypersolid runs on trust, not hierarchy.
