Define and track quantitative performance indicators to measure system success.\n\nWho you are\nYou have 3+ years of experience in simulation and modelling. Background in weapons effects modelling is preferred.\n\nYou have a strong background in numerical simulation in either of high-speed flows using CFD, explicit dynamics using FEM, or Lagrangian particle tracking for modelling explosive events.\n\nYou have the technical skill to build automated workflows and simulation pipelines rather than just running existing tools.\n\nYou are comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
