This position is ideal for a former developer, technical lead, or development manager who has transitioned into agile coaching and wants to leverage their technical expertise in a financial services environment.\n\nCompany Context :\n\nOur client operates a 24/7 precious metals trading platform serving institutional clients and requires seamless coordination between development, operations, and business teams to maintain platform reliability and deliver continuous improvements.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nAgile Leadership :\n\n- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews) for multiple cross-functional teams\n\n- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement in team maturity\n\n- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity\n\n- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across development teams\n\nTechnical Program Management :\n\n- Guide teams through complex technical initiatives including cloud migrations, API modernization, and system integrations\n\n- Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams\n\n- Monitor and report on team velocity, sprint burndown, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps analytics\n\n- Identify process bottlenecks in CI/CD pipelines and work with teams to optimize deployment workflows\n\nCross-Team Coordination : \n\n- Coordinate dependencies between multiple development teams, including offshore contractors\n\n- Facilitate technical discussions and architecture decisions when teams face blockers\n\n- Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs with clear technical acceptance criteria\n\n- Work with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning\n\nRisk Management :\n\n- Identify technical and process risks early and escalate appropriately\n\n- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and security requirements\n\n- Support incident response coordination for production issues in a 24/7 trading environment\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\nScrum Master Experience :\n\n- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (PSM, SAFe SM)\n\n- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach\n\n- Proven track record of successfully leading agile teams through complex technical projects\n\nTechnical Background :\n\n- 5+ years of prior experience as a software developer, technical lead, or development manager\n\n- Hands-on development experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#\n\n- Practical experience building applications with React JS and React Native\n\n- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture patterns, and technical debt management\n\nFinancial Services Experience:\n\n- 2+ years working in financial services, fintech, or trading platform environments\n\n- Understanding of financial services compliance, security requirements, and regulatory considerations\n\n- Experience with high-availability systems and 24/7 operational requirements\n\nDevOps & Cloud :\n\n- Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies\n\n- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud services and infrastructure\n\n- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and repository management\n\n- Understanding of branching strategies, pull request
