development experience, including architectural responsibilities.\nDeep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security. • Experience with Spring Could is a plus • Expertise with JDBC-based data access\nExperience with caching strategies (distributed + local fallback)\nExperience with microservices and distributed systems\nStrong experience with REST APIs and integrations\nStrong MySQL/Aurora SQL skills\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes\nExperience with CI/CD tools\nStrong understanding of system performance and scalability\nAI / MODERN ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled applications and workflows\nUnderstanding of data pipelines and automation solutions\nExposure to generative AI concepts is a plus\nWORK EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)\nExperience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools\nExperience with ERP or supply chain platforms\nExperience with security frameworks and best practices\nExperience modernizing legacy systems\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related
