You won't be working on a side project no one looks at. You'll be embedded in one of our product squads, contributing directly to our core platform alongside senior engineers, designers, and domain experts.\nBy the end of the summer, you'll have owned a meaningful project from scoping through delivery, presented your work to the company, and gained deep exposure to how AI agents, LLMs, and modern infrastructure come together to solve hard problems in finance.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and ship features across our full stack (React/TypeScript front end, Python/FastAPI back end, PostgreSQL)\n\nWork with LLM orchestration frameworks to develop, test, and improve our AI accounting agents\n\nCollaborate with accountants and domain experts to understand real-world workflows and translate them into product\n\nWrite clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews with experienced engineers\n\nTackle ambiguous problems - we'll give you ownership, context, and support, not a step-by-step playbook\n\nPresent your summer project to the full team at the end of the internship\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (expected graduation 2027 or later)\n\nStrong fundamentals in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar)\n\nFamiliarity with web development concepts (APIs, databases, front-end frameworks)\n\nGenuine curiosity about AI/ML, large language models, or agentic systems - prior project work or coursework is a plus, not a requirement\n\nComfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action - you'd rather ship an imperfect v1 than deliberate forever\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or prompt engineering\n\nExposure to accounting, fintech, or enterprise SaaS\n\nContributions to open-source projects\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nWhy Join Us\nReal impact: Your code will be in production, used by accountants at real firms, before you go back to school.\n\nLearn fast: Daily exposure to AI agents, LLM engineering, and complex financial domain problems - the kind of experience that's hard to get anywhere else.\n\nGreat team: Small enough that everyone knows your name, senior enough that you'll learn from every conversation.\n\nCareer launchpad: Strong interns receive full-time return offers.
