Learn more at hypori.com. \nOverview: The Systems Integration Engineer will be a key member of the Hypori Managed Services team, delivering secure, mission-ready integration and Tier 3 support for Hypori infrastructure. This role requires a mix of systems engineering expertise, hands-on integration, and customer-facing collaboration with enterprise stakeholders. The engineer will ensure seamless delivery of Hypori’s secure virtual mobile infrastructure, maintaining compliance with strict security standards while driving uptime, performance, and customer satisfaction.\nTo ensure success in this role, you must have advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, high-level communication skills, and a solid understanding of Android, Azure, and AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms. \nResponsibilities:\nDeliver Gold Support through a combination of on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering and solutions architecture.\nInstall, integrate, and maintain F5 TLS Proxy solutions in coordination with client’s F5 support team.\nPerform OS and Nutanix installation, patching, upgrades, and network configuration.\nManage and maintain Hypori Halo server infrastructure, including capacity planning and hardware lifecycle (installation, decommission, sanitization, shipping).\nSupport PKI provisioning, certificate management, and integration with customer environments.\nGenerate and manage Hypori license keys for renewals.\nConfigure and maintain Hypori platform software, including templates, policies, and platform upgrades.\nPerform platform health monitoring, respond to alerts, and ensure rapid incident resolution.\nReview infrastructure specifications, perform readiness assessments, and support hardware/software purchasing recommendations.\nDefine, document, and execute disaster recovery plans with client support teams, including annual DR testing.\nCollaborate on release and patch planning, including process definition, scheduling, and communications.\nConduct testing of new apps and versions for Hypori virtual devices; prepare and deliver release notes and supporting documentation.\nEnsure audit trails, logging, and change management adherence across the Hypori environment.\nReview, address, and resolve security vulnerabilities identified via penetration testing, ACAS scans, or client reporting.\nServe as a trusted technical point of contact for client’s stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, reporting, and escalation management.\nProvide periodic operational reviews, status reports, and policy updates to client and Hypori leadership.\nQualifications:\nActive Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).\n5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or enterprise IT infrastructure support.\nStrong knowledge of TLS/PKI provisioning, certificate management, and secure infrastructure integration.\nExperience supporting enterprise-class server hardware and decommission/lifecycle processes.\nFamiliarity with network engineering concepts and F5 TLS Proxy or comparable load-balancing/security solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and experience managing Tier 3 escalations.\nExcellent documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.\nActive CompTIA Security+ certification. \nPreferred Attributes: \nExperience supporting DoD, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), or federal government customers in high-security environments.\nPrior experience with SaaS technical delivery\nExperienced engineering on the Android platform.\nHands-on Linux experience. \nCloud engineering and/or DevOps experience\nKubernetes orchestration and/or management.\nExperience with Nutanix, virtualization platforms, and OS deployment.\nExpertise in secure infrastructure deployments (e.g., CSfC environments).\nPrior experience with Nutanix AHV, VMware, or other hypervisors.\nSecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, or vendor-specific like F5, Nutanix).\nFamiliarity with ACAS scanning, DISA STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks.\nAbout Us \nHypori Inc. provides a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, and life and disability packages.
