You'll Do:\n\nApple macOS, iOS & Digital Workplace Management\nConfigure, deploy and manage macOS and iOS devices, ensuring security, reliability and performance.\nSet up and maintain workplace equipment, including printers, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, meeting room systems, interactive displays and audio-visual equipment.\nProvide hands-on technical support for end users and digital workplace tools.\nIT Asset & Infrastructure Management\nManage the IT asset lifecycle, including hardware and software inventory, tagging, tracking and reporting.\nConfigure physical IT equipment, network devices, server racks and cabling infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot hardware, network connectivity and workplace technology issues.\nEndpoint Security & Compliance\nImplement and maintain endpoint security measures, including device configuration policies, encryption, antivirus and malware protection.\nSupport compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, MAS TRM and SOC 2.\nConduct periodic audits, maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements to address security gaps.\nITSM, IAM, PAM & Collaboration\nSupport IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem and change management.\nAssist with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), enforcing appropriate access controls and least-privilege principles.\nCoordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve end-user support.\n What We're Looking For:\n\nProfessional Experience\nMore than 3 years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC), IT office infrastructure or IT asset management.\nExperience in digital payments, financial services or banking is preferred.\nHands-on experience supporting macOS, workplace IT equipment, electronic devices, network infrastructure and digital collaboration tools.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong hands-on knowledge of macOS deployment, IT hardware and workplace equipment.\nExperience configuring network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi access points.\nKnowledge of endpoint security, IAM, PAM and security compliance frameworks.\nExperience supporting interactive displays, meeting room equipment and digital collaboration tools.\nProficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking vendors.\nEducation & Certifications\nDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.\nCompTIA Security+, ITIL or CCNA certifications are preferred.\nSoft Skills\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and communication skills.\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborative, proactive and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving
