complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.\nImprove system architecture, fault tolerance, and resource utilization to enhance scalability and stability.\nImplement unit testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.\nRequirementsStrong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nProven experience building and optimizing high-performance, scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.\nStrong understanding of system design, concurrency, performance tuning, load handling, and scalability principles.\nHands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.\nDemonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve high-traffic issues, latency, throughput limitations, and system bottlenecks.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, with experience resolving complex production issues.\nUnderstanding of unit testing, performance testing, monitoring, logging, and production system reliability.\nAbility to take ownership of technical solutions and drive continuous backend performance improvements.\nGood to HaveExperience with microservices and distributed systems.\nExposure to AWS, Linux, CI/CD, and deployment automation.\nKnowledge of caching, load balancing, asynchronous processing, and fault-tolerant system design.\nExperience with Golang, Node.js, or other backend technologies.\nPrevious experience with
