Your role will be working closely with our development team on building out high-quality test suites. Your expertise in designing and implementing best practices and tooling for testing (including unit, functional, integration, system, and regression using both manual and automated processes) will be key to the success of the team.\nWhat You will Do\nYou will break up complex features into clear, automatable tests and build testing solutions that scale well\nYou will test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability and database migrations\nPartner with engineering teams to enable our Continuous Delivery pipelines to have strong automated test coverage, stable environment setup/teardown, and reliable quality gates\nYou will learn new systems and integrations quickly and be able to communicate the challenges and advantages clearly\nYou will participate in the full development life cycle, adding your insights to requirements, designs and code reviews\nCreate and run performance test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts based on requirements to evaluate application performance.\nExamine performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and document findings, including CPU, memory, and response time metrics.\nWhat You have Done\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study (Master's preferred)\nStrong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms\n8+ years of automation experience\nExperience working in a Continuous Delivery environment-frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, environment automation\nInterest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows, as HYPR is moving toward an AI-native engineering model\nExperience with BDD/Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar\nExperience with leading the end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale SaaS platform\nExperience with troubleshooting and optimizing complex microservices architecture to identify root causes of latency and system bottlenecks\nExperience testing SaaS platforms or complex distributed systems\nExperience with Git Flow and tools such as Gitlab, Artifactory and Jira\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of identity management systems, such as MS Entra or similar\nExperience testing Windows and Mac desktop applications\nExperience testing with virtual machines\nGood working knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing\nIf you enjoy solving difficult engineering challenges and want to help define the future of secure authentication, we’d love to talk.\nThe Benefits of Working with HYPR\nLong-Term stability within a high-growth sector within identity access automation.\nOur team members have a broad range of talents and skills from different technology sectors. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions.
