Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, write, and optimize system prompts for AI-powered conversational and voice agents.\n\n- Analyze real user interactions to identify conversation failures and improve experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI models.\n\n- Strong prompt engineering skills with experience building AI-driven workflows or solutions.\n\n- Excellent command of written English and exceptional attention to language, tone, and clarity.\n\n- Ability to think from both business and end-user perspectives while designing conversational experiences.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.\n\n- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and startup environments.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages is an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Conversational AI or Voice AI platforms.\n\n- Exposure to chatbot development, workflow automation, or no-code AI tools.\n\n- Understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting strategies, context management, hallucinations, temperature, retrieval, and reasoning.\n\n- Experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, support, or solution engineering.\n\n- Basic understanding of NLP, conversational design, and AI
