technical governance.\n\nProduct Delivery & Platform Execution:\n\n- Deliver highly scalable financial products including derivatives, perpetual futures, and options platforms.\n\n- Build risk, margin, liquidation, reconciliation, and settlement capabilities.\n\n- Drive multi-region and multi-market platform expansion.\n\n- Ensure engineering execution with measurable SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, and performance benchmarks.\n\nSecurity & Risk Management:\n\n- Own platform security strategy including identity, access management, key management, secrets management, custody architecture, and threat modeling.\n\n- Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and platform resilience initiatives.\n\n- Ensure customer asset protection through secure architecture and operational controls.\n\nCompliance & Regulatory Technology:\n\n- Build scalable compliance platforms supporting regulatory reporting, surveillance, monitoring, and audit requirements.\n\n- Partner with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and external stakeholders during audits and technical due diligence.\n\n- Ensure compliance with global financial and data protection regulations.\n\nExecutive Leadership:\n\n- Own engineering budgets, cloud infrastructure costs, vendor relationships, and technology investments.\n\n- Present technology strategy, delivery plans, and
