6 years\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.\n\n- Partner with the sales team during the complete presales lifecycle, from discovery to closure.\n\n- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for prospective customers.\n\n- Prepare solution proposals, presentations, technical documentation and responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.\n\n- Work with engineering and product teams to validate technical feasibility and solution architecture.\n\n- Lead or support POCs, pilots and technical evaluations.\n\n- Understand customer environments, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure and security requirements.\n\n- Develop solution architecture and technical recommendations based on customer use cases.\n\n- Address technical questions and objections during customer discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.\n\n- Maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at customer organizations.\n\n- Track customer requirements, solution discussions and presales activities through CRM and internal processes.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 3 -
