As a Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of a growing team of top professionals that drives next-generation conversational AI experiences. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and be an essential part of their success by performing scoping meetings, making architectural recommendations for Hyro’s product, and delivering high-quality deployments. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will bridge the gap and connect the dots between the technical solution and business value for the customer from post-sales to the maintenance stage.\nResponsibilities\nImmerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and innovations, and work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solution\nOwn the client’s projects, managing deployments of Hyro’s responsible AI Agents\nProject confidence as a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and more\nAdvise clients on best practices, understanding the client’s goals and prescribing the best approach to achieve those goals\nDesigning, modifying, and testing Hyro’s products on customer's environment and troubleshooting should we encounter issues\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect of a technical product or other relevant customer-facing technical positions\nExperience in managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting\nBSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding\nStrong understanding of all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release\nAbility to make trade-offs between long-term vision and strategy and short-term needs\nExceptional multi-tasker with great communication skills\nBe proactive in addressing and foreseeing issues that may come up during the deployment cycles\nBonus points\nExperience in a healthtech company\nExperience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products\nThis is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week in our NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.\nThe salary range for this NY-based position is $140K - $175K annually, exempt, and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
