Maintain proper records and report findings in accordance with established procedures.\nAssist in compiling and updating records of irregular or abnormal trading activities, prepare periodic reports, and provide recommendations for further action.\nMaintain a clear understanding of the Group’s business boundaries and operational guidelines to ensure all daily activities comply with the Group’s requirements.\nHandle daily operational communications, coordination, and basic issue tracking across departments to ensure information accuracy and smooth workflow operations.\nCarry out other operational tasks assigned by supervisors, paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all work.\nRequirements:\nDetail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling routine tasks and following established procedures.\nBasic skills in report preparation, data processing, and data organization.\nPatient and comfortable working with established procedures, regulations, and standardized processes, with a willingness to commit to a stable, long-term role.\nGood communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and follow up on operational issues.\nAt least 2 years of working experience.\nGood adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations and handle urgent issues.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nPrior experience in risk control, trading monitoring, or operational support is preferred.\nExperience in securities brokerage back-office operations or an interest in investment and trading is an advantage.
